1. Welcome to Syzymuse

Syzymuse is an AI-powered creative platform available at syzymuse.com (the “Platform”) that enables registered users to create digital content using artificial intelligence.

The Platform provides four principal areas of creative functionality:

  • AI Image;

  • AI Video;

  • AI Music; and

  • AI Voiceover.

Each area may contain different tools, models, generation methods, settings, formats, and creative functionality.

The Platform is owned and operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER], with its registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Creator Terms (“Creator Terms”) govern your Account, access to the Creator Studio, use of AI generation tools, Inputs, Outputs, Syzes, Community Creations, and other use of the Platform.

2. Your Agreement With Us

By creating an Account, entering the Creator Studio, purchasing or using Syzes, submitting a prompt or reference file, selecting an AI Model, generating an Output, publishing a Community Creation, downloading an Output, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Creator Terms.

These Creator Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

If you do not agree with them, you must not create an Account or use the Creator Studio.

If you use Syzymuse on behalf of a company, agency, organisation, client, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf where required.

3. Policies That Apply Alongside These Terms

Different aspects of the Platform are governed by dedicated policies.

The following documents should be read alongside these Creator Terms:

Creator Privacy explains how personal data and information connected with your Account, Inputs, Outputs, Library, payments, and Platform activity are processed.

The Studio Syzes Policy contains the detailed rules governing the purchase, allocation, use, correction, refund treatment, and other conditions applicable to Syzes.

The Copyright Policy explains our process for copyright complaints, takedown requests, counter-notices where applicable, and related intellectual property enforcement.

Where a particular feature is subject to additional terms displayed before use, those additional terms also apply to that feature.

4. Who Can Create

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account or use Syzymuse.

You must also:

  • have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

  • provide accurate Account information;

  • use the Platform only where legally permitted; and

  • comply with these Creator Terms and applicable law.

If the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, the higher age applies.

We may restrict access where necessary because of applicable law, sanctions, regulatory requirements, payment restrictions, security concerns, or other legitimate reasons.

5. Your Creator Account

Registration is required to access the Creator Studio.

During registration, you may be required to provide:

  • full name;

  • telephone number;

  • country;

  • physical address;

  • email address; and

  • password.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for keeping your Account information reasonably up to date.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, rented, or used to provide unauthorised access to another person.

You must not create or operate additional Accounts to bypass Platform restrictions, enforcement measures, payment controls, generation limits, or other rules.

6. Protecting Your Account

You are responsible for protecting your Account credentials and the email account and devices used to access Syzymuse.

You must not disclose your password to an unauthorised person.

If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact [email protected] promptly.

We may temporarily restrict an Account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected unauthorised access, fraud, security incidents, or misuse.

7. Inside the Creator Studio

The Creator Studio is the main workspace through which registered users access Syzymuse's creative tools.

Depending on the functionality available at the relevant time, you may use the Creator Studio to create images, video, music, voiceovers, or other supported AI-generated content.

Different tools may require different Inputs, generation settings, output formats, processing times, or amounts of Syzes.

The availability of a particular category does not guarantee permanent availability of every model, style, format, setting, or feature within that category.

8. Choosing an AI Model

Syzymuse may allow you to select the AI Model used for a particular generation.

Different AI Models may:

  • produce materially different Outputs from the same Input;

  • support different file types;

  • have different capabilities;

  • have different processing times;

  • require different amounts of Syzes;

  • support different resolutions, durations, or technical parameters; and

  • be subject to different technical restrictions.

You are responsible for reviewing the available model and generation settings before confirming a generation.

We may add, replace, update, rename, restrict, or remove AI Models over time.

No particular AI Model is guaranteed to remain available permanently.

9. Third-Party AI Technology

Some AI Models or other Platform functions may rely on technology supplied by third-party AI, infrastructure, processing, or technology providers.

When necessary to carry out your generation request, your Input may be technically transmitted to or processed using such providers.

Where a particular third-party model is subject to additional material conditions, we may display those conditions before or during use.

Information about processing of personal data by or through service providers is addressed in Creator Privacy.

10. Prompts and Reference Materials

You may provide instructions and reference materials to guide a generation.

These may include:

  • text prompts;

  • reference images;

  • reference videos;

  • reference audio;

  • creative instructions;

  • style descriptions;

  • technical settings; and

  • other materials supported by the relevant tool.

Collectively, these materials are referred to in these Creator Terms as your “Inputs.”

You remain responsible for the Inputs you provide.

11. Rights Required for Your Inputs

You may only submit an Input where you have the rights, licences, permissions, and consents reasonably necessary for the Platform to process it and for you to use the resulting Output in the way you intend.

This means, for example, that you must not upload another person's copyrighted image, video, recording, photograph, artwork, music, confidential material, personal information, or other protected content unless your use is legally permitted or you have the necessary permission.

Ownership of a file is not always the same as ownership of the intellectual property or personality rights contained in that file.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary rights relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity and personality rights, performers' rights, image and likeness rights, contractual restrictions, confidential information, and other third-party rights.

12. What the AI Produces

Content generated or transformed through the Platform in response to your Inputs is referred to as an “Output.”

Outputs may include images, video, music, audio, voiceovers, or other digital content.

AI generation is probabilistic. The same or similar Input may produce different results at different times.

Likewise, different users may receive Outputs that are identical, similar, or conceptually related.

Syzymuse does not promise that any Output will be unique.

13. Your Library

Your generated projects may be stored in the Library associated with your Account.

The Library may allow you to:

  • review previous projects;

  • access generated Outputs;

  • download supported Outputs;

  • delete projects; and

  • manage content created through the Creator Studio.

You may delete eligible projects through the functionality made available on the Platform.

If you delete your Account, content associated with your active Library will also be deleted from the Account, subject to limited technical backups, legal retention, security records, or other retention described in Creator Privacy.

You should download any Output you wish to retain before deleting your Account.

14. Private Creations and Community Creations

Content stored in your Library is not intended to become publicly visible merely because it has been generated.

However, Syzymuse may provide a Community Creations feature through which you can choose to publish or share eligible Outputs with other users.

If you publish content to Community Creations, you understand that:

  • the content becomes visible to other users;

  • information associated with the post may also be displayed;

  • others may view the content through the Platform;

  • the content may be moderated; and

  • the Company may feature the content within Syzymuse.

Do not publish material that you do not have the right to make public.

15. Publishing to the Community

When you intentionally publish an Output to Community Creations, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute, format, technically modify, and promote that published content for the purpose of operating, presenting, and promoting Syzymuse and Community Creations.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your Output to us.

Unless a remix, download, reuse, or similar feature is expressly provided, publication to Community Creations does not automatically grant other users ownership of your Output.

If you remove a Community Creation or delete your Account, we will cease actively displaying it within the Community in accordance with our normal technical processes, subject to legitimate retention requirements and copies that may already have been independently shared or stored by others.

16. Your Inputs Remain Yours

As between you and the Company, you retain the rights you already hold in your Inputs.

Submitting an Input does not transfer ownership of that Input to the Company.

You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary under these Creator Terms to process your Inputs and operate the Platform.

17. Rights in Your Outputs

As between you and the Company, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company does not claim ownership of the individual Outputs generated for you through your use of the Creator Studio.

To the extent the Company may acquire rights in an Output generated specifically for you, and subject to these Creator Terms and applicable third-party rights, we assign those rights to you.

This does not transfer to you any rights in:

  • Syzymuse itself;

  • an underlying AI Model;

  • model weights;

  • algorithms;

  • software;

  • system prompts;

  • datasets;

  • Platform designs;

  • proprietary workflows;

  • third-party technology; or

  • other infrastructure used to generate the Output.

18. Commercial Use of Outputs

Subject to these Creator Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and any model-specific restriction clearly presented to you, you may use eligible Outputs for personal or commercial purposes.

This may include use in:

  • advertising;

  • social media;

  • online videos;

  • games;

  • audiovisual productions;

  • client projects;

  • marketing materials;

  • music releases;

  • websites;

  • presentations; and

  • other lawful creative projects.

You may also incorporate Outputs into work that you sell or license to a client or customer.

However, Syzymuse does not provide legal clearance for your intended use.

You remain responsible for determining whether an Output can lawfully be used, registered, distributed, licensed, commercialised, or otherwise exploited in your circumstances.

19. Copyright Protection Is Not Guaranteed

The availability of an Output for download or commercial use does not mean that copyright or another exclusive intellectual property right necessarily exists in that Output.

The legal treatment of AI-generated content may depend on the applicable jurisdiction, nature of the Output, degree of human creative involvement, Inputs used, and other circumstances.

We do not guarantee that an Output is eligible for copyright registration or other intellectual property protection.

20. Outputs May Be Similar

Because of the nature of generative AI, an Output may not be unique.

Syzymuse does not guarantee that:

  • another user will not receive a similar Output;

  • an Output will be capable of exclusive ownership;

  • an Output will not contain common creative elements;

  • an Output will be commercially distinctive; or

  • an Output will qualify for trademark, copyright, design, or other registration.

Your rights in an Output do not extend to independently generated content belonging to another user merely because that content is similar.

21. Third-Party Rights and Clearance

AI Models may sometimes generate material that resembles existing names, styles, compositions, characters, designs, voices, brands, works, or other protected subject matter.

We do not guarantee that every Output is free from third-party rights.

Before commercially exploiting an Output, you are responsible for any legal review or clearance reasonably appropriate to your intended use.

You must not knowingly use an Output to infringe or misappropriate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, personality rights, performers' rights, confidential information, or other legally protected interests.

22. The Licence We Need to Operate Syzymuse

You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, copy, transmit, process, technically modify, and otherwise use your Inputs and Outputs only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the generation requested by you;

  • transmit material to the AI Model you select;

  • maintain your Library;

  • provide Community Creations where you choose to publish;

  • provide technical support;

  • diagnose errors;

  • secure the Platform;

  • detect abuse;

  • moderate content;

  • comply with law; and

  • maintain and improve Platform functionality.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your Inputs or Outputs to the Company.

Any use of content specifically for generative-model training or model improvement will be governed by Creator Privacy, applicable settings or notices, and applicable law.

23. Feedback and Suggestions

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback about Syzymuse, you permit us to use that feedback without payment or restriction for the purpose of developing, operating, and improving the Platform.

This does not give us ownership of unrelated creative content you generate through Syzymuse.

24. Copyright Complaints

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

If we receive a credible complaint that an Input, Output, or Community Creation infringes copyright or another protected right, we may investigate and, where appropriate:

  • restrict access to the content;

  • remove it from Community Creations;

  • disable the affected Output;

  • request additional information;

  • warn the Account holder; or

  • take enforcement action against the Account.

Detailed copyright notice and counter-notice procedures are contained in the Copyright Policy.

Repeated or serious intellectual property violations may result in Account suspension or termination.

25. Fictional and Synthetic People

Syzymuse may generate images or videos containing human-looking characters.

Unless an authorised feature expressly provides otherwise, such characters are intended to be fictional or synthetic rather than representations of identifiable real people.

You must not use prompts, reference materials, names, photographs, or other identifiers to create a misleading or unauthorised representation of a real person.

26. Real People and Public Figures

A person's public status does not automatically remove their rights in their identity, image, reputation, privacy, or likeness.

You must not use Syzymuse to create or distribute content that:

  • falsely represents a real person as having said or done something;

  • falsely suggests that a person endorses a product, service, company, political position, or cause;

  • defames or unlawfully harasses a person;

  • creates a deceptive impersonation;

  • uses another person's private material without authority;

  • creates non-consensual intimate material; or

  • otherwise violates applicable rights relating to that person.

We may block or remove generation requests involving an identifiable individual where we reasonably believe the request creates a legal, safety, or misuse risk.

27. AI Voiceover

Syzymuse may provide a catalogue of AI Voices that can be selected for Voiceover generation.

Users cannot create a custom voice clone through the Platform unless that functionality is expressly introduced in the future.

You may use available AI Voices only through the functionality and subject to the restrictions provided by Syzymuse.

Availability of a particular AI Voice does not give you a right to impersonate a real person deceptively, falsely claim endorsement, create fraudulent communications, mislead others about the source of a recording, or use a third party's identity in violation of applicable law.

An AI Voice may be changed, renamed, restricted, or removed from the Platform at any time.

28. AI Music and Audio

Syzymuse may generate original AI-assisted music and audio in response to your creative instructions.

You must not use the Platform to intentionally reproduce, adapt, or exploit copyrighted music, recordings, compositions, lyrics, performances, or other protected material where you do not have the necessary rights.

If a feature permits reference audio or another music-related Input, you must have sufficient rights to provide and process that material.

You must not use Syzymuse to create content intended to falsely represent itself as an authentic recording or authorised release of a real artist.

Requests deliberately intended to reproduce the distinctive identity of a living artist in a misleading, infringing, or impersonating manner may be restricted.

Subject to these Creator Terms, AI Music Outputs may be used commercially, but we do not promise that a particular Output is royalty-free from every possible third-party claim or automatically eligible for copyright protection.

29. No Adult or Sexual Content

Syzymuse must not be used to create, upload, request, publish, or distribute:

  • pornography;

  • nudity;

  • explicit sexual content;

  • sexualised imagery or video;

  • sexual audio content;

  • sexual exploitation;

  • sexually explicit fetish content;

  • non-consensual intimate content; or

  • sexual deepfakes.

These restrictions apply regardless of whether the subject is fictional or real.

30. Absolute Protection of Minors

You must never use Syzymuse to create, modify, upload, request, or distribute sexual or exploitative content involving a person under 18 or a person represented as being under 18.

This prohibition includes:

  • child sexual abuse material;

  • sexualised minors;

  • nude minors;

  • age-regressed sexual content;

  • fictional sexual content involving minors;

  • grooming material; and

  • attempts to circumvent safety systems using coded or indirect prompts.

We may immediately terminate an Account and make legally required reports where relevant content is detected.

31. Violence, Hate, and Extremism

You must not use Syzymuse to create or distribute:

  • graphic gore or extreme graphic violence;

  • content celebrating or encouraging serious violence;

  • credible threats;

  • hateful or dehumanising content targeting protected groups;

  • extremist recruitment or propaganda;

  • terrorist propaganda; or

  • material intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing.

Historical, educational, journalistic, or artistic context does not create an automatic exemption from Platform safety systems.

32. Fraud, Scams, and Deception

You must not use the Platform to create content for:

  • fraud;

  • phishing;

  • scams;

  • identity theft;

  • forged documentation;

  • fake financial evidence;

  • fraudulent advertising;

  • fake testimonials;

  • fake endorsements;

  • social-engineering attacks;

  • deceptive impersonation; or

  • another scheme intended to mislead a person for financial or other harmful purposes.

You must not represent an AI-generated Output as authentic evidence of an event that did not occur where doing so is intended to deceive.

33. Harassment and Harm

You must not use Syzymuse to create or distribute content intended to:

  • seriously harass or intimidate another person;

  • facilitate stalking;

  • expose private personal information;

  • humiliate an identifiable individual through deceptive synthetic content;

  • encourage self-harm;

  • encourage suicide;

  • threaten violence; or

  • facilitate serious physical harm.

34. Illegal and Dangerous Uses

You must not use the Platform to facilitate unlawful activity.

This includes generation intended to meaningfully assist serious criminal conduct, malware, credential theft, illegal trafficking, evasion of law enforcement, or other harmful wrongdoing.

We may restrict content beyond the examples expressly listed in these Creator Terms where necessary to comply with applicable law or protect users and third parties.

35. Political and Civic Deception

You must not use Syzymuse to create deceptive synthetic content intended to manipulate civic or electoral processes.

This includes content that falsely depicts:

  • a candidate or public official saying or doing something;

  • an endorsement that did not occur;

  • false voting instructions;

  • fabricated election events; or

  • misleading evidence presented as authentic.

Lawful commentary, satire, or creative expression may still be subject to safeguards where there is a meaningful risk of deception.

36. No Circumvention of Safety Systems

You must not attempt to bypass safety systems through:

  • coded prompts;

  • prompt obfuscation;

  • repeated reformulation;

  • deliberately misleading reference files;

  • hidden instructions;

  • technical manipulation; or

  • another method designed to obtain content the Platform has blocked.

Repeated attempts to circumvent safeguards may result in Account restrictions.

37. Syzes

Syzymuse operates using internal Platform credits called Syzes.

Users acquire Syzes and spend them on eligible generations and other Creator Studio functionality.

Syzes are internal access credits. They are not:

  • legal tender;

  • electronic money;

  • cryptocurrency;

  • securities;

  • investments;

  • bank deposits; or

  • interest-bearing financial assets.

Syzes cannot ordinarily be redeemed for cash or transferred between users.

Detailed rules governing Syzes are contained in the Studio Syzes Policy.

38. Purchasing Syzes

Syzes may be purchased through:

  • predefined Bundles; and

  • a custom purchase option allowing you to select an available quantity of Syzes.

Any minimum or maximum custom purchase amount will be displayed through the Platform.

Purchased Syzes do not expire solely because of the passage of time.

The Platform may change available Bundles, quantities, prices, or custom-purchase parameters prospectively.

39. Payment Methods and Currencies

Eligible Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted through third-party payment processors.

Supported payment currencies may include:

  • EUR;

  • USD; and

  • GBP.

Payment availability may depend on your location, card issuer, payment processor, Account status, transaction amount, and fraud or security checks.

Before payment confirmation, the Platform will display the amount you are required to pay and the number of Syzes to be credited.

40. Fees, Taxes, and Currency Conversion

Where Syzymuse imposes a service fee, transaction charge, currency conversion amount, VAT, tax, or another additional charge, the applicable amount will be displayed before you confirm the payment where required.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may independently apply its own foreign-exchange rate, international transaction fee, card fee, or another charge.

Such third-party charges are outside our control.

41. Generation Costs

Different tools and AI Models may require different quantities of Syzes.

Generation costs may depend on factors such as:

  • selected AI Model;

  • content type;

  • duration;

  • resolution;

  • quality;

  • number of Outputs;

  • processing requirements; and

  • other generation settings.

The applicable Syzes cost will be displayed or otherwise made reasonably available before you confirm the generation.

We may change generation costs prospectively.

42. Failed Generations

If a generation fails because of a confirmed technical failure attributable to the Platform and no usable Output is delivered, Syzes deducted for that failed generation may be automatically restored or otherwise corrected.

A generation producing an Output that you subjectively dislike is not a failed generation.

A different result from what you expected does not by itself create a right to restoration of Syzes.

Safety-blocked requests, abusive use, duplicate deductions, technical errors, and other Syzes adjustments are handled in accordance with the Studio Syzes Policy.

43. No Subscription or Automatic Renewal

Syzymuse does not operate on a recurring subscription model unless a separate subscription product is expressly introduced and accepted by you in the future.

Purchasing Syzes does not authorise us to automatically charge your card on a recurring basis.

A new Syzes purchase requires a separate transaction unless you expressly agree to another payment arrangement.

44. Refunds and Payment Corrections

Used Syzes are generally not refundable merely because:

  • you changed your mind;

  • you did not like the Output;

  • the Output was not commercially useful to you;

  • you selected the wrong prompt or setting;

  • another AI Model might have produced a different result; or

  • you no longer intend to use the generated content.

Rules concerning unused Syzes, accidental purchases, duplicate charges, incorrect charges, unauthorised transactions, failed generations, chargebacks, payment reversals, and statutory refunds are set out in the Studio Syzes Policy.

Nothing in these Creator Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

45. Immediate Digital Supply

Syzymuse is designed to provide Syzes and AI-generated digital content promptly.

Where applicable law requires specific consent before digital content is supplied during a statutory cancellation period, we may require you to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect that beginning supply has on your cancellation rights.

The checkout and generation interface may therefore contain legally required confirmations in addition to these Creator Terms.

46. Safety Screening

We may use automated systems, human review, or a combination of both to detect possible violations of these Creator Terms.

Safety measures may apply to:

  • prompts;

  • reference images;

  • reference video;

  • reference audio;

  • Outputs;

  • Community Creations;

  • Account behaviour; and

  • patterns of generation activity.

A request may be blocked before or during generation.

An Output may also be restricted or removed after generation if a problem is later identified.

47. Moderating Community Creations

We may remove or restrict a Community Creation where we reasonably believe that it:

  • violates these Creator Terms;

  • infringes another person's rights;

  • creates a safety risk;

  • is unlawful;

  • is misleading or abusive;

  • is subject to a credible legal complaint; or

  • is otherwise unsuitable for a public community feature.

The fact that content has passed an automated generation filter does not guarantee that it complies with these Creator Terms or applicable law.

48. Account Enforcement

Where we reasonably believe that an Account has violated these Creator Terms, we may take proportionate measures including:

  • warning the user;

  • blocking a generation;

  • removing Community content;

  • restricting particular AI Models;

  • temporarily restricting generation functionality;

  • limiting purchases;

  • temporarily suspending the Account; or

  • permanently terminating the Account.

Serious violations may result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning.

These may include serious fraud, child exploitation, deliberate safety circumvention, serious intellectual property abuse, malicious impersonation, repeated prohibited content generation, or attacks against Platform infrastructure.

49. Appeals and Account Reviews

If you believe that your Account was suspended or terminated in error, you may request a review by contacting:

You should identify your Account and explain the decision you wish to challenge.

An appeal does not guarantee restoration of the Account.

We may decline repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, or manifestly unfounded appeals.

50. Syzes After Account Enforcement

Suspension or termination may restrict access to your Syzes Balance.

The treatment of unused Syzes following Account restriction or termination is governed by the Studio Syzes Policy and applicable law.

Account termination does not automatically create a right to cash redemption of Syzes.

51. Automated Access and Technical Abuse

Unless we expressly provide functionality permitting it, you must not:

  • use bots to operate the Creator Studio;

  • automate generation through unauthorised methods;

  • scrape the Platform;

  • bypass rate limits;

  • circumvent technical restrictions;

  • reverse engineer Platform software;

  • attempt to extract AI Models, model weights, system prompts, or proprietary datasets;

  • probe the Platform for vulnerabilities without authorisation;

  • interfere with other users' access;

  • overload infrastructure; or

  • access non-public APIs or systems without permission.

If Syzymuse later provides an API or authorised automation functionality, separate conditions may apply.

52. Generation Limits and Fair Use

We may apply reasonable technical limits to maintain Platform stability and prevent abuse.

These may include:

  • request-rate limits;

  • file-size limits;

  • generation concurrency limits;

  • model-specific limits;

  • daily technical limits;

  • queue management;

  • processing priorities; and

  • restrictions intended to protect infrastructure.

Such limits do not constitute a subscription or recurring entitlement.

53. Changes to Models and Creative Tools

Generative AI technology changes rapidly.

We may update:

  • available AI Models;

  • model versions;

  • generation methods;

  • supported file formats;

  • maximum file sizes;

  • output resolution;

  • video duration;

  • audio duration;

  • processing speed;

  • generation interfaces;

  • Syzes costs;

  • safety systems; and

  • other Creator Studio functionality.

A particular model may be retired and replaced by another model.

Purchase of Syzes does not guarantee permanent access to a particular AI Model.

54. Maintenance and Platform Availability

We aim to make Syzymuse reasonably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Platform may be affected by maintenance, AI provider outages, model availability, server failures, unusually high demand, network failures, security incidents, software defects, payment-provider outages, or other technical circumstances.

We may temporarily disable functionality where reasonably necessary to maintain, repair, secure, or update the Platform.

55. Permanent Discontinuation

The Company does not guarantee that Syzymuse or every individual creative feature will operate indefinitely.

We may discontinue:

  • a particular AI Model;

  • a creative tool;

  • an output format;

  • a Community feature;

  • an entire creative category; or

  • the Platform itself.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide appropriate advance notice before permanently discontinuing the entire Platform.

Treatment of unused purchased Syzes in connection with permanent Platform discontinuation will be governed by the Studio Syzes Policy and applicable law.

56. AI Labels, Watermarks, and Technical Markers

Where appropriate, Syzymuse may attach or preserve:

  • watermarks;

  • metadata;

  • provenance information;

  • AI-generation labels;

  • content credentials; or

  • similar technical indicators.

You must not remove or manipulate an indicator where its preservation is required by applicable law, third-party platform rules, or a clearly disclosed condition of the relevant feature.

You are responsible for making any disclosure that applicable law or the platform on which you publish an Output requires in relation to AI-generated or AI-modified content.

57. AI Is Not Deterministic

Generative AI does not function like traditional deterministic software.

We do not guarantee that an Output will:

  • precisely follow every instruction;

  • have a particular artistic quality;

  • be factually accurate;

  • be free of visual, audio, or logical errors;

  • be suitable for professional publication;

  • be unique;

  • be legally protectable;

  • be appropriate for your intended market;

  • satisfy third-party platform requirements; or

  • be free from resemblance to existing material.

You should review every Output before publishing, distributing, licensing, selling, or relying on it.

58. No Professional Rights Clearance

Syzymuse is a creative technology service.

The Platform does not provide:

  • copyright clearance;

  • trademark clearance;

  • music licensing advice;

  • publicity-rights clearance;

  • legal advice;

  • advertising-law review; or

  • professional certification of an Output.

The fact that the Platform permits a generation does not constitute legal approval of your intended use.

59. Your Responsibility for Publication

You decide whether and how to use an Output outside Syzymuse.

You are responsible for:

  • reviewing the Output;

  • determining whether it is appropriate;

  • verifying important factual information;

  • obtaining necessary third-party permissions;

  • complying with laws relevant to your use;

  • complying with rules of websites or services where you publish it; and

  • making required AI disclosures.

You must not present Syzymuse as having approved, verified, endorsed, or legally cleared your Output unless we expressly state otherwise.

60. Syzymuse Intellectual Property

Syzymuse and its underlying technology remain owned by the Company or its licensors.

This includes, where applicable:

  • source code;

  • software;

  • interfaces;

  • branding;

  • logos;

  • databases;

  • workflows;

  • proprietary prompts;

  • technical systems;

  • Platform documentation;

  • visual design;

  • selection and arrangement of Platform elements; and

  • Company-owned AI technology.

Your rights in an Output do not give you ownership of the technology that produced it.

61. Service Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or capable of producing a particular creative result.

Nothing in these Creator Terms affects statutory guarantees, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

62. Consumers and Business Users

Different legal protections may apply depending on whether you use Syzymuse as a consumer or in the course of business.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Creator Terms excludes rights that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.

If you use Syzymuse for commercial or professional purposes, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether the Outputs and Platform are suitable for your business use.

63. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Creator Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by:

  • your unlawful Input;

  • your failure to obtain necessary third-party rights;

  • your publication of an Output in breach of these Creator Terms;

  • your failure to review an Output;

  • unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect Account credentials;

  • use of the Platform contrary to our instructions;

  • independent actions of third-party websites on which you publish content; or

  • external services outside our reasonable control.

If you are using the Platform wholly or mainly for business purposes, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or indirect or consequential commercial loss.

For business users, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Syzymuse will, to the extent legally permitted, not exceed the greater of:

  • GBP 100; or

  • the amount you paid to the Company during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For consumers, any monetary limitation applies only where it is lawful and fair to do so and does not remove remedies provided by mandatory consumer law.

64. Business-Use Claims

If you use Syzymuse in the course of business, you are responsible for third-party claims arising directly from:

  • Inputs you had no right to provide;

  • unlawful commercial use of an Output;

  • intentional infringement of another person's rights;

  • fraudulent or deceptive use of generated content; or

  • a material breach of the prohibited-use rules in these Creator Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, a business user must compensate the Company for reasonable direct losses, liabilities, and legal costs resulting from such claims.

This provision is not intended to impose a business indemnity on an individual consumer acting wholly outside a trade, business, craft, or profession.

65. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including major infrastructure outages, third-party AI provider failures, internet failures, cyberattacks, power outages, natural disasters, government action, war, civil disorder, sanctions, or comparable events.

We will take reasonable steps to restore affected functionality where practicable.

66. Closing Your Account

You may close your Account using available Account functionality or by contacting [email protected].

Before closure, you should download any Outputs you wish to retain.

Account closure will result in loss of access to the Creator Studio and Library.

Library content associated with the active Account will be deleted as described in these Creator Terms and Creator Privacy, subject to legally permitted retention, backups, security records, dispute records, and other limited retention requirements.

The treatment of unused Syzes is governed by the Studio Syzes Policy.

Closing an Account does not itself create a right to redeem Syzes for cash.

67. What Continues After Account Closure

Account closure does not affect rights or obligations that arose before closure.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, third-party claims, payment disputes, liability, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive will continue to apply.

Content downloaded or lawfully distributed before Account closure is not automatically revoked merely because the Account is later closed.

68. Updates to These Creator Terms

We may update these Creator Terms to reflect:

  • new creative tools;

  • new AI Models;

  • Platform changes;

  • changes to Syzes;

  • legal or regulatory requirements;

  • new safety measures;

  • changes to Community Creations;

  • security requirements; or

  • other legitimate operational developments.

The current version will display a revised Last Updated date.

Where a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Platform, Creator Studio, email, or another reasonable method.

Where applicable law requires fresh consent to a change, we will request it.

If you do not agree with updated Creator Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

69. Governing Law

These Creator Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your country of residence where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded.

70. Resolving Disputes

If you have a concern regarding your Account, Syzes, an Output, Community Creation, moderation decision, payment, or another Platform matter, you should first contact:

Please provide enough information for us to identify and investigate the issue.

We will attempt to resolve complaints within a reasonable period.

Nothing in these Creator Terms prevents you from exercising a mandatory right to contact a court, regulator, consumer protection authority, data protection authority, payment provider, or other competent body.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings before another competent court.

71. Transfer of the Platform

You may not transfer your Account or assign your rights under these Creator Terms without our permission.

We may transfer relevant rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, financing, sale of Syzymuse, transfer of relevant business assets, or another legitimate corporate transaction.

Any transfer remains subject to applicable law.

72. Severability

If any provision of these Creator Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.

If that is not possible, the affected provision will be treated as removed.

The remainder of the Creator Terms will continue in effect.

73. No Waiver

If we do not enforce a provision immediately, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.

A waiver applies only where expressly given.

74. The Complete Creator Agreement

These Creator Terms, together with the Studio Syzes Policy, Copyright Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular AI Model or feature, constitute the contractual terms governing your use of Syzymuse.

The Creator Privacy separately explains our processing of personal data and should be read alongside these documents.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or another matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
