Prompts may contain personal information if you choose to include it.
You should avoid including unnecessary personal information, confidential information, passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive information in prompts.
Prompts may also be processed for security, moderation, abuse prevention, technical troubleshooting, and compliance with our Creator Terms.
7. Reference Images

information visually contained in the image;
-
file metadata;

moderation or safety information associated with the image.
Reference images may contain personal data relating to you or another individual.
You should only upload images where you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.
A photograph or image containing a face is not necessarily processed by us as biometric identification data merely because a face is visible in it.
Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, Syzymuse does not use reference images for facial recognition or for the purpose of uniquely identifying individuals.
8. Reference Video and Audio
Where supported, you may provide reference video or reference audio for use with a generation.

9. Inputs Relating to Other People
Your Inputs may sometimes contain personal data relating to another person.
For example, a reference image may contain another person, or a reference video may contain several individuals.
Where you provide personal data about another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you are lawfully permitted to provide and use that information for the relevant purpose.
You must not use Syzymuse to process another person's private or personal information in violation of applicable law or our Creator Terms.

Some information supplied in a copyright notice or counter-notice may need to be shared with the affected user, rights holder, service provider, court, authority, or another relevant party.
Further information is contained in our Copyright Policy.
19. How We Receive Personal Data
We obtain personal data:
-
directly from you;
-
automatically when you use the Platform;
-
through the Creator Studio;
-
through your device or browser;
-
from Payment Processors;
-
from AI technology providers involved in fulfilling a generation;
-
from security, hosting, infrastructure, and technical providers;
-
from other users in connection with reports or Community Creations;
-
from copyright owners or their representatives;
-
from authorities where legally permitted; and
-
from other sources where necessary and lawful.
20. Why We Use Personal Data
We process personal data for specific purposes connected with operating Syzymuse.
These purposes include:
-
registering and maintaining Accounts;
-
providing Creator Studio functionality;
-
processing Inputs;
-
generating Outputs;
-
maintaining the Library;
-
operating Community Creations;
-
providing selected AI Models;
-
maintaining Syzes Balances;
-
processing payments;
-
providing Customer support;
-
preventing fraud;
-
preventing abuse;
-
applying content safety rules;
-
securing Accounts and infrastructure;
-
troubleshooting technical problems;
-
measuring Platform reliability and performance;
-
developing and improving functionality;
-
enforcing our Creator Terms;
-
handling intellectual property complaints;
-
complying with law; and
-
establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
21. Our Legal Bases
We use personal data only where we have an appropriate legal basis.
Different legal bases may apply to different processing activities.
Contractual Necessity
We may process personal data because it is necessary to enter into or perform our agreement with you.
This may include processing necessary to:
-
create your Account;
-
authenticate you;
-
provide the Creator Studio;
-
process Inputs;
-
generate Outputs;
-
maintain your Library;
-
maintain your Syzes Balance;
-
process purchases;
-
provide Community functionality you choose to use; and
-
respond to contractual support requests.
Legitimate Interests
We may process personal data where necessary for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided that those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Our legitimate interests may include:
-
preventing fraud;
-
preventing Platform abuse;
-
protecting Account security;
-
moderating content;
-
protecting intellectual property;
-
defending legal claims;
-
improving reliability and performance;
-
understanding technical use of the Platform;
-
detecting security incidents;
-
preventing safety-system circumvention; and
-
operating and improving our business.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether the processing is necessary and proportionate and the effect it may have on individuals.
Legal Obligations
We may process personal data where necessary to comply with applicable law.
This may include:
-
tax and accounting obligations;
-
consumer-law requirements;
-
lawful regulatory requests;
-
court orders;
-
intellectual property obligations;
-
fraud or crime-related obligations; and
-
data protection requirements.
Consent
We may rely on consent where required or otherwise appropriate.
This may apply, for example, to certain storage and access technologies, optional processing, or another feature where you are specifically asked to make a choice.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Withdrawal does not make processing carried out before withdrawal unlawful.
22. Sensitive and Special Category Information
Syzymuse is not designed to require you to submit sensitive personal information.
However, an Input may incidentally contain information that reveals matters such as:
-
racial or ethnic origin;
-
political opinions;
-
religious or philosophical beliefs;
-
health information;
-
sexual orientation; or
-
other information subject to enhanced legal protection.
You should avoid submitting such information unless it is genuinely necessary for your intended use and you are legally entitled to process it.
Where special category personal data is processed and applicable law requires an additional legal condition, we will process that information only where an appropriate condition is available.
Photographs, video, or voice recordings are not treated by us as special-category biometric data merely because they contain a face or voice. Biometric rules may apply where specific technical processing is used for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual.
Syzymuse does not currently provide biometric identification functionality as part of the Creator Studio.
23. AI Providers and Generation Processing
A generation may require us to send relevant Inputs and generation parameters to the AI provider associated with the AI Model you select.
Depending on the generation, this may include:
-
your prompt;
-
reference image;
-
reference video;
-
reference audio;
-
generation settings; and
-
other material technically necessary to produce the Output.
The resulting Output may then be returned to Syzymuse and stored in your Library.
We seek to limit information shared with AI providers to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant function.
Different AI Models may rely on different technology providers and processing locations.
Where use of a particular AI Model involves materially different data handling that requires additional notice, we may provide model-specific or just-in-time privacy information.
24. Model Training and Product Improvement
We may use operational, statistical, aggregated, or effectively anonymised information to understand and improve Syzymuse, including Platform reliability, generation performance, user experience, safety systems, and feature design.
Once information has been effectively anonymised so that it is no longer personal data, it may be used for analytics, research, testing, and service improvement.
We do not treat the fact that you use the Creator Studio as automatic permission to use identifiable private Inputs or private Outputs to train general-purpose generative AI models.
If we intend to use identifiable private Inputs or Outputs for a materially different model-training purpose, we will provide appropriate information about that use and identify an appropriate lawful basis before doing so. Where applicable law requires consent, we will request it.
Third-party AI providers may process generation data as necessary to provide their technology to us and in accordance with the contractual and technical arrangements applicable to the relevant service.
25. Automated Systems and Decisions
Syzymuse uses automated systems as part of normal Platform operation.
Automated processing may be used for:
-
AI generation;
-
content safety screening;
-
prompt moderation;
-
upload moderation;
-
fraud detection;
-
payment-risk indicators;
-
security monitoring;
-
abuse detection;
-
generation limits; and
-
technical Platform protections.
An automated system may block a generation, identify an activity for review, or temporarily restrict certain functionality.
Where we make a decision based solely on automated processing that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you and applicable law provides additional rights, we will provide the required safeguards and information.
Where applicable, these may include the ability to contest the decision, provide your point of view, or request human review.
26. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data in exchange for money.
We may share personal data with third parties where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Creator Privacy.
These categories may include:
-
AI Model and AI processing providers;
-
cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
-
file storage and content-delivery providers;
-
payment processors;
-
card networks and financial institutions;
-
fraud-prevention providers;
-
cybersecurity providers;
-
email and communications providers;
-
analytics and performance providers;
-
customer-support providers;
-
professional advisers;
-
auditors;
-
insurers;
-
copyright holders or their authorised representatives where legally appropriate;
-
courts, regulators, law enforcement, and government bodies; and
-
parties involved in a corporate transaction.
The specific providers used by Syzymuse may change over time.
27. Service Providers
Where a provider processes personal data on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to use contractual and organisational protections appropriate to the service and applicable law.
Service providers may be given access only to information reasonably necessary for their role.
Depending on the provider and service, a third party may instead act as an independent controller for certain processing activities.
For example, a payment provider may independently determine how it processes some payment or fraud-prevention information.
Where you interact directly with an independent provider, its own privacy information may also apply.
28. Community Information Is Different From Private Library Content
We treat content you intentionally publish to Community Creations differently from private Library content.
Private Library content is processed to provide your Account and Creator Studio functionality and is not intended to be publicly displayed.
Community Creations are intended to be visible to others.
If you publish content publicly, you should assume that third parties may:
-
view it;
-
capture screenshots or recordings;
-
copy publicly available information;
-
share links;
-
discuss the content; or
-
retain copies outside Syzymuse.
We cannot control copies independently made by third parties after lawful public disclosure.
29. Business Transfers
If the Company or Syzymuse is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, insolvency process, or similar corporate transaction, personal data may be disclosed to relevant advisers, prospective counterparties, buyers, or successor entities.
Where required, we will take appropriate steps to protect personal data during the transaction.
Any successor handling the information will remain subject to applicable data protection law.
30. International Data Transfers
Syzymuse may use AI providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, or other service providers located outside the United Kingdom.
As a result, personal data may be transferred to or accessed from other countries.
Where UK data protection rules restrict such a transfer, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
-
applicable UK adequacy regulations;
-
the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable;
-
the UK International Data Transfer Agreement;
-
the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses;
-
binding corporate rules;
-
another legally recognised safeguard; or
-
an applicable statutory exception.
Where required, we may also carry out an assessment of the protection available following the transfer and implement additional safeguards.
31. How Long We Keep Data
We do not keep personal data indefinitely merely because it was collected.
Retention depends on the nature of the information and why we need it.
We consider matters including:
-
whether your Account remains active;
-
the purpose for which information was collected;
-
whether the information remains necessary to provide the Platform;
-
legal and regulatory obligations;
-
tax and accounting requirements;
-
security needs;
-
fraud-prevention requirements;
-
payment disputes;
-
intellectual property complaints;
-
legal limitation periods;
-
outstanding investigations; and
-
the need to establish or defend legal claims.
32. Account and Registration Data Retention
Account information is generally retained while your Account remains active.
After Account closure, information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention processes.
Certain Account records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for:
-
legal compliance;
-
fraud prevention;
-
security;
-
ban enforcement;
-
payment disputes;
-
intellectual property disputes;
-
tax or accounting purposes; or
-
legal claims.
33. Library, Inputs, and Outputs Retention
Outputs and projects saved to your Library may remain available while your Account remains active, unless you delete them earlier.
Where an Input must be retained to support an active project or Creator Studio feature, it may remain associated with that project for as long as reasonably necessary.
Some reference files may instead be processed temporarily for the generation and not retained as long as the resulting Output.
Retention may depend on the relevant AI Model and technical workflow.
When you delete eligible Library content, we remove it from your active Library through our normal deletion process.
Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, caches, or other technical systems before being overwritten or deleted.
34. What Happens When You Delete Your Account
If you delete your Account, your active Library and the creations stored within it will be deleted together with the Account through our normal deletion process.
Before deleting your Account, you should download any Output you wish to retain.
Account deletion does not necessarily mean that every record connected with you disappears immediately.
We may retain limited information where required or reasonably necessary for:
-
payment and accounting records;
-
fraud prevention;
-
security investigations;
-
intellectual property disputes;
-
enforcement records;
-
legal obligations;
-
dispute resolution; or
-
establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Backup copies may also remain for a limited period before being overwritten according to normal backup cycles.
35. Community Creations After Deletion
If you delete a Community Creation, we will stop actively displaying it through Syzymuse according to our normal technical processes.
If you delete your Account, Community Creations associated with the Account will be handled as part of the Account-deletion process.
However, deletion from Syzymuse cannot remove independent copies that other persons may already have downloaded, copied, captured, or shared outside the Platform.
We may retain limited copies where necessary for legal, safety, intellectual property, or evidential purposes.
36. Payment and Financial Records
Transaction records may need to be retained after Syzes have been used or an Account has been deleted.
We may retain payment and billing information for periods required or reasonably necessary for:
-
tax;
-
accounting;
-
financial reporting;
-
payment disputes;
-
refunds;
-
chargebacks;
-
fraud prevention; and
-
legal claims.
We do not keep information longer than required merely for convenience.
37. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, misuse, or unlawful disclosure.
Depending on the system, these measures may include:
-
authentication controls;
-
access restrictions;
-
security monitoring;
-
logging;
-
encryption in transit;
-
protected infrastructure;
-
backups;
-
vulnerability management;
-
incident-response procedures; and
-
contractual safeguards with service providers.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your password, devices, and email account used to access Syzymuse.
38. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Syzymuse may use cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, tags, and other storage or access technologies.
These technologies may be used for purposes including:
-
authentication;
-
maintaining Creator Studio sessions;

security;
-
fraud prevention;
-
storing privacy choices;
-
Platform functionality;
-
remembering settings;
-
performance measurement;
-
analytics; and
-
other purposes disclosed through our privacy controls.
We provide information about the technologies used and their purposes through the Platform or relevant cookie/privacy interface.
39. Cookie Choices
Some storage and access technologies may be used without consent where an applicable legal exception permits this.
For technologies requiring consent, we will request the necessary choice before using them for the relevant purpose.
Where required, you will be able to:
-
accept relevant technologies;
-
reject technologies that are not required;
-
manage applicable preferences; and
-
change your choices later.
The exact technologies and available controls may change as the Platform develops.
Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete certain technologies, although doing so may affect Platform functionality.
40. Service Communications
We may use your contact information to send communications necessary to operate your Account and the Platform.
These may include:
-
email verification;
-
security alerts;
-
password or Account notices;
-
Syzes purchase confirmations;
-
payment-related messages;
-
important Creator Studio notices;

support communications;
-
enforcement notices;
-
changes materially affecting your Account; and
-
legally required notices.
Operational communications are not dependent on marketing consent where they are necessary for the relevant service or another valid legal basis applies.
41. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights relating to your personal data.
These may include:
-
the right to be informed about processing;
-
the right to access personal data;
-
the right to correct inaccurate information;
-
the right to request erasure;
-
the right to request restriction of processing;
-
the right to data portability in applicable circumstances;
-
the right to object to certain processing;
-
the right to withdraw consent where consent is relied upon;
-
rights relating to certain automated decisions; and
-
the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
These rights are subject to conditions and exceptions under applicable law.
42. Access to Your Data
You may request information about the personal data we hold about you and, where applicable, a copy of that data.
A response may not necessarily include information that:
-
identifies another person;
-
is legally privileged;
-
is subject to another applicable exemption; or
-
cannot legally be disclosed.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before responding.
43. Correction and Account Information
If personal information associated with your Account is inaccurate or incomplete, you may be able to update it through Account settings or request correction.
Certain Account information may not be directly editable where changing it could affect Account security, transaction records, or legal obligations.
You may contact [email protected] if you require assistance.
44. Deletion Rights
You may request deletion of personal data in circumstances provided by applicable law.
The right to deletion is not absolute.
We may retain information where necessary for reasons including:
-
compliance with legal obligations;
-
payment and tax records;
-
fraud prevention;
-
security;
-
intellectual property claims;
-
exercise or defence of legal claims; and
-
another legally permitted purpose.
Deleting an Output from your Library and exercising a statutory data-protection right are separate processes.
45. Restriction and Objection
Where applicable, you may request restriction of certain processing.
You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
If you object, we will consider the circumstances and determine whether we have grounds permitted by law to continue the relevant processing.
46. Data Portability
Where applicable, you may have the right to receive certain personal data that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
The right to portability applies only in circumstances established by applicable law and does not necessarily apply to all Outputs, Platform-generated information, derived data, or intellectual property.
47. Withdrawing Consent
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Depending on the processing involved, withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing an optional feature that depends on that consent.
48. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise an applicable privacy right, contact:
Please provide enough information for us to understand your request and identify the relevant Account.
We may request reasonable verification before disclosing, changing, or deleting information.
This is intended to prevent unauthorised persons from obtaining control of your data.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
49. Complaints
If you have a concern about our handling of personal data, you may contact us at:
You may also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority applicable to you.
For the Company in the United Kingdom, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
You are not required to give up a legal right to complain to an authority by contacting us first.
50. Adults Only
Syzymuse is intended for users aged 18 and over.
We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create Accounts.
If we become aware that an Account is being operated by a person who does not meet the applicable minimum age, we may restrict or terminate the Account and take appropriate steps regarding the associated personal data.

51. Changes to Creator Privacy
We may update this Creator Privacy to reflect:
-
changes to Syzymuse;
-
new AI Models;
